Cooking Ladies Finger/Bhindi/Okra/Vendakkai

When adding bhindi to sambar, or making bhindi stir fry, the first step is always to remove stickiness by dry roasting it on a pan.
There is an easier way to remove stickiness.
Place the chopped bhindi in a bowl and microwave it for around 5 minutes.
Stickiness gone! :)
