Cabbage stir fry

Prep Time: 5 minutes (To chop the cabbage)
Cooking Time: 10 minutes

Ingredients: 
Cabbage: 1, chopped into small pieces
Green peas: 1/4 times the size of cabbage
Garlic: 4 pods
Green chilly(cut into small pieces): 1

To grind:
Grated Coconut: 3 spoons
Cumin: 1 tea spoon

Method:
1) Boil the chopped cabbage in a closed vessel for about 7 minutes and keep aside.
2) Add a spoon of cumin seeds, curry leaves, chopped garlic pods, chopped chilly to a tea spoon of oil in a pan.
3) When the cumin seeds splutter, add the cooked cabbage+peas.
4) Grind the coconut and cumin seeds and add it to the same pan.
5) Add salt to taste.
6) Keep stirring till it is done.

Cabbage stir fry goes well with rice and rottis.
